When Covid came in March of 2020, a considerable change and challenging time. Our mental health went through a lot especially being on lockdown. We have learned that our mental health is more important. The amount that has increased by 25% since covid started with that depression and anxiety. Some people do not seek help, but know when you are ready is essential. You could seek a therapist; I know there is a waitlist and many other options to find the right one, it is  hard to find one available. Getting back to work could be difficult finding the right job that give you a mental health.
