Breakfast Important Meal

As we try to wake up every morning to get ready for work or have one of those lazy days we eventually have to fuel our bodies. One of my number one things. to eat for breakfast is oatmeal with a mixed bag of nuts that I buy at Costco. Am not much of a morning person so I am rushing myself.

A lot of people skip this meal due to not being hungry or being in a rush. there has been studies you do not eat breakfast your metabolism slows down and you will not have energy. Also, do not forget your daily pill and a glass of water. 

The reason to eat breakfast is because when you sleep all night you are fasting and your body is hungry. I know if I do not eat my breakfast am a hangry person and feeling pretty tired. With that my blood sugar dips but when I eat breakfast it goes up. It is recommended to eat a high fiber nutrient one and adding more nutrients in your body such as fruits plus some nut butter.

Here are ways to get your breakfast:

  •  prep a weeks worth of overnight oats

  •  make a quiche with protein

  •  write a plan meal plan for breakfast and your other meals

  •  Pinterest some recipes
