Acupuncture

It helps relieve some symptoms and depends on the person. Talk to your doctor to get recommendations on whether this is the best treatment.
I was afraid of needles, but this one didn't hurt as I expected. After the day's treatment, I recommend you do a day of relaxing and do me day. Do shower the day before or in the morning so you don't wash away all the hard work.
