How to Make Yourself a Priority

These days we have to start making ourselves a priority for a better happier and stressful life. I will give you some recommendations to destress yourself. Every day has been one thing going on around us that makes us stressed out mentally and physically. That will be for some instances like money, work, politics, friends, and family.

Mentioning all of these is what makes you not make you a priority we lack eating healthy and staying mentally healthy. To know that you need to get yourself to a healthier mindset first is to cut things that make it difficult. It is hard especially with friends and family plus the political climate that we are facing.

My recommendation is to do this with baby steps so you don’t overwhelm yourself. The first step should be your house where you spend most of your time. Also cut your social media presence, especially with the political climate in the United States where I live. Also, think about how family and friends treat you or not being supportive of you.

With this, you need to learn to love yourself and also seek a therapist to help you along the way to create a happier you. Do some form of activity on one of your days off plus make sure one day of doing nothing to relax. Also, cook a healthy meal that you always wanted to cook and prep lunch for the work week.
